How price lists work
- Make lists such as Wholesale, Retail and Dealer (Masters > Price Lists).
- Enter a rate per item, or fill the empty ones from the sale price plus or minus a percent.
- Give each party its list in the party's ledger.
- On the sales bill, picking an item fills the party's list rate, then the rate this party was billed last time, then the normal sale price. The line shows e.g. "Wholesale: ₹ 80.00".

List rates are without GST, like the sale price. On a tax-inclusive bill GST is added for you.
