Your business data stays with you

Your bills, ledgers, stock, customers and reports are kept on your own computer or phone (offline). They are not sent to IQKings. Backups go where you choose (your drive, pen drive, Google Drive, WhatsApp).

Internet sync between your own devices passes through our server only as sealed (encrypted) messages: the keys are made on your shop computer and never sent to us, so we cannot read them.

What we collect, and why

• Account: your name and e-mail (and your Google account id if you sign in with Google) — to log you in, send your product key, invoices and notices.
• Orders and payments: plan, amount, GSTIN and business name if you enter them, and the UPI payment screenshot you upload — to confirm the payment and make the GST invoice. We never see your UPI PIN, bank password or card number.
• License activation: a device id made by the app, the device name, operating system, app version and IP address — to keep one license on one device and stop misuse.
• Support: chat messages, feedback and reviews you send, problem reports you choose to send from the app (with a picture of the app window if you attach one), and screen sharing only while you allow it (only the latest picture is kept, for 60 seconds).
• Security logs: logins, IP addresses and devices — to protect your account (for example, an e-mail when a new device logs in).

Who else handles it

Only the services needed to run IQKings: our server host, the e-mail service that delivers our e-mails, and Google (only if you use "Sign in with Google"). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not show advertising.

How long we keep it

Account, license, order and invoice records are kept while your account exists and as long as Indian tax law requires invoices to be kept. Security logs and payment screenshots are kept only as long as needed to check payments and misuse.

Your choices

• See and change your name in My account → My profile; see your devices, sessions and login history in My account.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or to delete your account: write from your login e-mail to support@iqkings.com. Invoices we must keep by law are kept.

Cookies and storage

The website keeps your login and small settings (like "don't show this guide again") in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
