Trial

Each app can be tried free with all features for the number of days shown on its page (now 7 days). After the trial a plan is needed to keep making entries; your data stays on your device.

Plans

• Monthly and Yearly: the license works until the end date shown in your account; Update & Support is included for the same time.
• Lifetime: buy once, the license never expires and works offline. The first year of Update & Support is included; after that, Renewal gives one more year of new versions, GST changes and help. Without Renewal the app keeps working on the versions released while your Update & Support ran.
• Prices are shown on each product page in Indian rupees and are the final price unless the page says "+ GST". Launch offers end on the date shown.

One license, one device

A license works on one computer or phone at a time. To move it, deactivate it in the app or press "Remove this device" in My account → Computers and phones (up to 3 moves a month; more through support). Sharing, reselling or copying a license, or trying to get around the license check, is not allowed, and such licenses can be stopped.

Payments

Payments are made by UPI to IQKings. Your license is issued after the payment is confirmed (usually within minutes after you upload the payment screenshot). An unpaid order expires after 24 hours. For any payment problem write to support@iqkings.com.

Your data and backups

The apps keep your business data on your device. You are responsible for your entries, your GST filing and for keeping backups. The apps help you make backups; we cannot recover data from a lost device without a backup.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the apps correct and GST rules up to date, but reports and returns should be checked before filing. To the extent the law allows, IQKings is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in question.

Your account

Keep your login e-mail safe; turn on two-step login in My account → Security. Tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
